What’s on offer?
The Lilya Lighthouse Education Trust Ltd is a neurodiverse-inclusive organisation which offers alternative provision with a focus on inclusion, restoration, relationships, and personal development. Our personalised programmes will support young help to stay in, or reintegrate back into, education by using restorative practice, specialist interventions, and academic and vocational qualifications. We are committed to providing individual learners with the tools, support and mentoring they need to succeed.
We are committed to working in partnership with children and their families to co-create a provision which works for everyone. Our specialist staff are committed to providing young people with new opportunities to succeed, develop self-awareness, and improve well-being and happiness. Using clearly defined learner objectives, we will ensure that young people placed in our alternative provision have the best chances of securing positive outcomes including reintegration into a school setting, where appropriate.
The trust will work collaboratively with schools and academies which commission our provision to ensure their environments and approaches support both learning and personal development for their students, so that when they return, they feel a greater sense of belonging. Our hope is that this sharing of good practice will ultimately reduce the need for suspensions and exclusions.
