Our key strength is our commitment to adapting, We adopt a safe, supportive above and beyond approach that caters to our learners needs, embedding structure and providing our learners with the confidence and skills to build on their future success.

We offer our learners significant pastoral support to enable them to access and gain academic and vocational qualifications, further incorporating routine and structured approaches through the use of the provisions superb gym facilities providing sport qualifications and boxing academic training. The program emphasizes non-contact boxing, football, and multi-sports to foster discipline, resilience, and teamwork. These activities,

delivered by qualified staff, complement academic progress with personal development, life skills, and employability training. Post-16 pathways are clearly defined, ensuring students are ready for education, training, or employment.

We provide an environment that promotes Active learning and allows each learner to gain the support required to enable them to work towards qualifications that are achievable and offer them the best possible outcomes.

All materials used within the lessons are comprehensively designed to be inclusive and encourage personal development at all levels.

The staff team are highly trained to work with learners that are at risk of permanent exclusion or are excluded, providing behavioural support through an inclusive informed tailored approach ensures students make meaningful academic progress and are equipped to transition to further education, training, or employment. We support reintegration into mainstream or specialist placements where appropriate and work collaboratively with families to enhance outcomes.

Staff are trained in supporting individuals with SEND needs.

Learners Can have 1:1 wellbeing support talk sessions with staff members.
