R.E.A.L’s strengths are highlighted by our flexibility and speed of response to meet the needs of children and young people with complex and challenging additional needs. At the heart of all our programmes is a commitment to person-centred planning approaches and the use of learner and parent voice.
We offer a wide range of flexible education choices which is personalised to the learner. This can be through a package of one to one learning and small nurture groups whether this is in one of our learning hubs, or working at home. Or, as part of curriculum and vocational groups. Learning can be taught through discrete sessions or fully embedded throughout the curriculum.
R.E.A.L also offer other services such as befriending, counselling, exam hosting and short term assessment packages.
